Bhopal: A case has been filed against Congress MLA PC Sharma and former corporate Guddu Chauhan in Madhya Pradesh. In fact, both of them are accused of obstructing the work of the government doctor. At the same time, both of them are accused of harassing the government doctor. Due to this, the doctor also resigned from his post. Resigning, JP Hospital Chief Medical Officer Yogendra Srivastava alleged that he was humiliated and was "molested even after no mistake."

The doctor also said in his complaint that he tried hard to save the patient but still died. It was not his fault, but he was still abused. He also alleged that the MLA and former corporate lay prostrate him with his questions. Now, in this case, the police say that Congress MLA PC Sharma and the former corporate harassed the government doctor who was doing his job by visiting the hospital premises. Asked them a variety of questions. Last Monday, the Chief Medical Officer went to the police station and lodged a complaint against the duo.

In the case, Habibganj police in Bhopal said that 'after receiving a written complaint, they scanned several CCTV footages and questioned several people. A case was then registered against the accused MLA and former corporate under Sections 353 and 189 of the IPC.' In this case, the police say that the incident took place on Saturday. When a 35-year-old patient was admitted to the hospital due to low oxygen and lost his life during treatment.
