A complaint has been lodged against Yuvraj Singh, a former cricketer of the Indian cricket team, in Hansi subdivision of district Hisar in Haryana, in which the Dalit society has accused Yuvraj Singh that he has made abusive remarks about Dalits. People of Dalit society have given a written complaint, demanding registration of FIR against Yuvraj.

Dalit rights activist and lawyer Rajat Kalsan said that in a video that has gone viral on social media since Monday, Yuvraj is seen making this remark in a conversation with cricketer Rohit Sharma. Superintendent of Police Lokendra Singh said that the DSP is investigating the case. An Instagram live chat session took place between Rohit Sharma and Yuvraj Singh a long time ago. During this session, Rohit and Yuvraj shared many things about cricket, corona virus, personal life and Indian cricketers.

Advocate Rajat Kalsan said that this comment has been seen by the people of the Dalit community from all over the country and this comment has hurt the sentiments of the Dalit community. He said that if action is not taken against Yuvraj Singh in this matter, a big movement will be organized in this regard.
