Mumbai: The case of Sushant Singh Rajput is still not over. Yes, in the past, Sushant Singh Rajput's alleged girlfriend, Rhea had said about taking action against his sisters. Now according to the information received recently, the CBI has reprimanded the Mumbai Police for filing an FIR on the complaint made by Rhea Chakraborty. According to the information received, the investigating agency has described it as 'image spoiler' and 'misuse of law'.

The CBI made a comment in the Bombay High Court in relation to the second FIR filed on behalf of the Mumbai Police, 'which was registered on Rhea's complaint in Sushant's death case'. Further, the CBI also informed the court that the provisions of Section 154 of the current FIR CrPC filed by the Mumbai Police are completely in violation. In its statement, the CBI said, " both Rhea and Mumbai Police were consciously aware that an FIR has been registered by the Patna Police to look into the circumstances surrounding the death of Sushant, which has been transferred to the CBI for investigation.

Apart from this, it also said, “Therefore, registration of another FIR on the same facts and cause of action was neither warranted, not allowed under the law. Thus the FIR is vitiated and bad in law.” Indeed, the CBI says that the FIR lodged against Sushant's sisters based on Rhea's complaint is based on 'speculation'.
