Lucknow: In Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh, a police officer has registered a case of assault against a person who lost his life in a road accident four years ago. The father of the deceased also told the inspector about the death, but the inspector did not listen to him. The inspector registered a case against the deceased in a fake manner and filed the charge sheet in the court. The relatives of the deceased approached the court. On the orders of the court, a case has been registered against three people including the inspector in this case.
According to the information, in a village under Auras police station area of Unnao, there was a fight between two parties two years ago. In this case, the other party threatened to kill by beating and filed a case. In this the name of the deceased youth was also registered in the FIR. The father of the deceased told the inspector that his son has died, remove his name from the case, but the inspector filed a charge sheet against the deceased youth along with three people named in the case and filed it in the court.
The brother of the deceased told that the brother had died in a road accident in the year 2018 at Prem Nagar intersection. The information was given to the inspector, but he filed a case and filed a chart sheet. When the relatives of the deceased got the notice, they moved the court. He has registered a case against three people including the inspector. On this whole matter, Unnao's ASP Shashi Shekhar Singh said that departmental investigation is being done in this matter.
