Berhampure, In a tragic incident, Today, a fire broke out in Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital and in the incident two persons were killed while some others sustained injuries.
Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) S Saha said, "A fire broke out in the hospital. Two causalities were reported. Fire has been brought under control. There is no need for panic".
According to CMOH, an AC unit was the source of fire.
Patients were seen coming out of the hospital, soon after the fire broke out, while some infants were taken out of the hospital ward.
