US: Firing in daylight kills 4, police shot suspect

Washington: Four people lost their lives and one person was injured in a shooting and fire incident in maryland, USA, on Saturday morning. Officials said the suspect was shot dead by police and is among the four dead. He said it is not yet clear what led to the violence in the suburb of Baltimore and they could not even identify the suspects or the victims. At least 2 houses have been damaged in the fire.

Gail Watts, an eyewitness, said she ran out after hearing the explosion around 6.30 am. She saw a terrible fire and saw a man standing in the middle of the street who was their neighbour.  After which Watts heard gunshots and saw people running away.

Whatsapp: A man has been living in the area for the past 25 years, said the suspect had been quarrelling with his neighbours in the past. Baltimore County Police spokesman Joey Stewart said officers spotted an armed man and shot him. Fire ministry spokesman Tim Roscowski said both the building that caught fire and the building next to it collapsed. Another building has been badly damaged.
