Agra: A 22-month-old girl was murdered on Monday night in the police station Rasulpur area of Firozabad city of Uttar Pradesh. Her body was found lying near the palm-lined garden cemetery. Family members have informed the Rasulpur police station. police have sent the body for postmortem and is investigating the incident.

Mohammed Masurganj street number 10 resident of Rasulpur area Mohammad Irshad told that his 22-month-old daughter Mahira was playing near the house at around 8.30 pm on Monday night. Meanwhile, she suddenly went missing. When the girl was not seen nearby, the family started searching for her. During this time, the entire locality was searched, but the girl could not be found. The innocent girl was found dead in front of the cemetery at around 12 o'clock in the night. After receiving information, the police reached the spot. Police sent the body to the district hospital for postmortem.
