Hong Kong: The first Asia Summit on Global Health (ASGH), with the theme "Shaping a Resilient and Sustainable Future," has opened at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center.

The summit, which opened on Wednesday, November 24,  and was co-organized by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, brought together more than 70 business leaders and medical experts to share ideas on the latest technological developments and investment opportunities in the healthcare sector both online and in person.

The latest technology from over 100 start-ups, medical and health enterprises, and institutes were on display in the exhibition zone. According to media reports, it is planned to give a forum for exhibitors from all over the world to exchange ideas and collaborate.

More than 70 speakers, including senior government health officials from around the world, representatives from international organisations, medical research experts, investors, and business leaders, shared their perspectives on healthcare, finance, and technology, and discussed the most recent technological developments and investment opportunities in the healthcare sector.
