Motihari: A shameful incident has come to light in Motihari, Bihar. Here, a deaf and mute girl was forcibly beaten up by three boys of the village after being forced to drink alcohol. The victim's family has filed a case against the three. The incident took place in a village under Sangrampur police station area. The victim's mother says, "Three boys from the village kidnapped my daughter late at night. Everyone forced their daughter to drink alcohol. When she protested,  they brutally beat her up and gang-raped. The condition of the my daughter deteriorated so much that she remained unconscious for about 12 hours."  

She said that after committing a heinous act with his daughter, the boys reached their house and threatened them with dire consequences if they complained to the police. On the other hand, a panchayat was called in the village after getting information about the incident , in which the three criminals did not arrive. After this, the victim's family approached to the police station to file complaint.

The family says that the local administration was engaged in suppressing the matter. When motihari SP received the news of the incident, he directed for the formation of an SIT to unearth the case.  He has also said that the named criminals will be arrested and attached as soon as possible. Areraj DSP Ranjan Kumar said that 2-3 boys of the victim's village have gang-raped her by drinking alcohol. A case has been registered against them under relevant sections. The criminals are on the run, the police are conducting raids to arrest them. An SIT has also been formed on the instructions of the SP. All the culprits will be arrested soon.
