Munger: In Bihar's Munger district, the quarrel in the husband-wife relationship reached such an extent that both of them ended their lives. The case pertains to Casoli village under Tetia Bambar police station area of Munger. There was a commotion in the village when people saw blood flowing from the room of a house towards the outside. This was reported to the son of the person living in that room. When the son arrived and after that, the room was opened, everyone was surprised to see the scene inside. The bodies of Shambhu Shah and his wife were lying in the room. The woman was murdered with a sharp weapon. Her husband's body was found hanging from the ceiling.

According to reports, it is being said that there was a quarrel between the husband and wife in Kesholi village under Tetia Bambar police station area. Due to this, Shambhu Shah killed his wife Sushila Devi with a sharp weapon. Then, he hanged himself and made himself happy. After the incident, people informed the police. Police reached the spot and inspected the case.

Jawaharlal Shah, the son of the deceased, said, "There was always a fight between the parents over something or the other. I went to the wedding yesterday. The villagers reported the matter in the morning. Tetia Bambar SHO Abhay Kant Chandra said that the deceased's son Jawaharlal Shah had informed that his father had committed suicide by hanging himself. My mother has been killed. The police have taken cognizance of the matter and started an investigation. The bodies have been sent for postmortem. The incident is being investigated.
