Ingredients for making Fish Popcorn-
250 gms fish fillets
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
Method of making fish popcorn- To make this, first you have to wash the pieces of fish. Now cut them into cubes and pat them dry with a towel. Now add red chili powder, garlic powder and salt along with black pepper. Now mix it well to coat the fish and prepare a mixture of maida. Now put some spices and water in it. After this, crack an egg and add a little salt and pepper to it and mix it well. Now first dip the pieces of fish in the batter and then after dipping in the egg, coat them in breadcrumbs. Now repeat the same with each piece. Finally deep fry all the pieces till they turn golden.
