Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, in his address on the 76th Independence Day, said hatred and separatism have no place in the country's culture. Efforts are on to build a strong Jharkhand so that the aspirations of the people on which this separate state was created can be fulfilled. He said that to promote green areas in cities, preparations are being made to provide 5 units of free electricity for planting a tree. At the same time, a law has been made to give 75 per cent of the jobs in the private sector with a salary of more than 40 thousand to the local people.

Under the new employment law, every employer will have to appoint 75 per cent of local candidates to posts with a monthly salary of up to Rs 40,000, he said. Soren said that I have given clear instructions to all the departments that action should be taken to fill the vacant posts under the state government soon. There are 37,000 vacant posts of teachers and laboratory assistants etc. in schools. For this, the work of completing the recruitment process has been started in the next 6 months for an appointment to these posts by conducting a special campaign.

Hoisting the national flag at Morabadi ground in Ranchi, Soren said tribals and Dalits were empowered socially and economically during the last 75 years, but the goal of establishing an equitable society has not been achieved yet. Recalling the ideals of Bhagat Singh, he said that we cannot achieve this goal unless we manage to stop the exploitation of the person by another person.
