Fodder scam; Lalu says full faith for the nation's courts

NEW DELHI: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav on Saturday uttered his faith for the nation's courts, few hours before the judgment in a fodder scam case concerning him is likely to be marked.

The interview has taken By ANI in which Lalu Yadav said "We trust and respect the judiciary. We will not let BJP's conspiracies work. Jaisa 2G mein hua, Ashok Chavan ka hua, vaisa hi humara bhi hoga," ANI cited Lalu Yadav as saying.

The ex- Bihar chief minister was given reference to the release of all convicted, together with former telecom minister A Raja and DMK MP Kanimozhi, in the Rs 30,000 crore 2G spectrum allocation scam cases, on Thursday.

Lalu also alleged that BJP governments since the tenure of Atal Bihari Vajpayee as PM of India had been done exploitation of the CBI for the past 25 years to hassle him and his kins.

Today at 3 pm, a special CBI court in Ranchi will make its verdict in the deceptive withdrawal of Rs 84.5 lakh from the Deoghar district treasury between 1994 and 1996.

 Since from The RJD chief slapped five cases in the fodder scam, of which now three are in anticipation of.

Previously He had been sentenced to five years in prison and fined Rs 25 lakh for the falsified withdrawal of Rs 37.5 crore from the Chaibasa treasury but was out as Supreme Court granted bail in December 2013.
