These days one of the big problems and diseases. You might have heard of dying people at an early age because of heart attack is increasing. A  Heart Attack happens when blood flow to the heart is blocked or cut off. If there’s not sufficient oxygen-rich blood flowing to the heart, it can cause damage to the affected area.

There is a very significant relationship between Heart Attack and the food we eat. Eating an unhealthy diet that is high in fat will make hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis) worse and increase your risk of a heart attack. Continuing to eat high-fat foods will cause more fatty plaques to build up in your arteries. This is because fatty foods contain an unhealthy type of cholesterol.  Salt and sugar: Too much salt and too much sugar both are harmful to the health of your heart.  It is very important to limit the intake of processed, packaged, and fast foods, as well as condiments such as soy sauce, bottled salad dressings, and barbecue sauce. Avoid having bread and rolls, pizza, sandwiches, cold cuts and cured meats, and soups.

Fatty food: Avoid having the food item that contains too much fat. Eating too much beef, lamb, and pork may raise your odds for heart disease and diabetes. It may be because they’re high in saturated fat, which can boost cholesterol.

White Flour: The food items like Bread, cake cookies. They’re also linked to higher triglyceride levels, and that can lead to heart disease. Their main ingredient is usually white flour, which may spike your blood sugar and make you hungrier.  You can also switch white flour with its alternative.

Intoxicants: Alcohol and smoking affect your heart badly. High blood pressure or high triglycerides, a type of fat in your blood that can boost your odds of heart disease. These food items can lead to high blood pressure, heart failure, and strokes.

Butter, Ghee, and Sugar: These items contain high in saturated fat, which can raise your bad cholesterol and make heart disease more likely or at the time of heart attack this can exaggerate the condition.  You should look for alternatives to these items.
