Necessary ingredients:
Flax seeds - ½ cup
Curry leaves - ½ cup
Sesamum - 2 tbsp
Peanuts - 3-4 tbsp
Dry Coconut - ½ cup
Coriander - 4 tablespoon
Red Chili - 4
Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoons
Asafoetida - 2 pinch
Black pepper - 2 tablespoons
Black salt - as per taste
Salt
Method of preparation: To make Flaxseed chutney, first grate grated coconut. Offer a pan on medium heat and let it heat up. When the pan becomes hot, add flax seeds to it and fry while stirring continuously. When it starts coming out of this, then it should be understood that it is ready to roast. It takes two to three minutes to roast. Linseed will look slightly puffy after roasting. After frying the flaxseed, take it out on a plate. Now put curry leaves in the pan and fry it on low heat while stirring continuously. Fry till the curry leaves are dry and take it out in a bowl.
Now add the whole red chilies, whole coriander and cumin seeds in the pan and fry till they turn light brown. After frying, mix it with the roasted seeds of flaxseed. You can add chilies to this sauce as per your taste. Now add sesame seeds in the pan and fry it till it changes color a bit and removes it in the plate. Take it out. After this, fry peanuts and black pepper and take them out on a plate. Now let all these things cool down. After cooling, mix all these things and add black salt, plain salt, asafoetida and roasted curry leaves to it, grind coarsely in the mixer. Your linseed dry sauce is ready.
