Weit Bran and Milk

Salt and wine
Drinking alcohol reduces the calcium content in the body which causes osteoporologies. Excessive use of salt weakens the bones. In fact, salt contains sodium which expels calcium from the body through urine after it is released into the body.

Tea & Coffee
Excess intake of tea and coffee also weakens the bones. Caffeine present in it is very harmful to bone health.
