Indian women's football player Dalima Chhibber said that the team is going to greatly benefit from the experience gained from the tours of Brazil and Sweden in the upcoming AFC (Confederation of Asian Football) Women's Asian Cup.
The continental tournament is scheduled to be held from January 20 to February 6 in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune. The Indian team is engaged in training under the supervision of head coach Thomas Dennerby. Chhibber has said that a lot has changed now.
He said – especially the matches we have played in countries like Brazil, Sweden and Turkey are going to help a lot. We got to learn a lot from there. These are countries where football is part of the culture. We were able to understand what football meant in his life.
