New Delhi: After the independence of India, for the first time in the country a woman is going to be hanged for her criminal acts. For this, preparations have also been started in Mathura jail. Shabnam, who lives in Amroha, is being given the death penalty. Pawan Hangman, who hanged Nirbhaya's convicts twice, has also inspected the hanging house twice.

This case is of the year 2008 when a woman named Shabnam, who lives in Amroha, has brutally murdered her own 7 family members along with her lover with the help of an ax in April. In this case, from the lower court to the Supreme Court, his death sentence has been upheld.

After which Shabnam pleaded for mercy from the President but now Rashtrapati Bhavan also rejected his mercy petition. This is why Shabnam will be the first woman to be hanged in the history of independent India. It has been learned that Pawan hangman has come to inspect the hanging house twice for Shabnam's hanging. The jail administration has corrected the deficiency in the liver of the planks. The rope is being ordered from Buxar.

It has been learned that the hanging hall for women in Mathura was built 150 years before independence but no one was allowed to hang it there. On hanging Shabnam Superintendent of Mathura jail, Shailendra Kumar Maitreya said that the date of hanging has not been fixed nor any order has come but the jail administration has started preparations. Shabnam will be hanged as soon as the death warrant is issued.
