During the ongoing deadlock between India and China, the Chinese Foreign Minister has given a big boost. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said that "both China and India should stop toppling each other." Both India and China should promote bilateral cooperation while reducing suspicion towards each other so that border disputes between the two countries can be resolved. The Chinese Foreign Minister refused to tell the whole story of China-India relationship to the border disputes between the two countries, saying that both countries have been friends but both should put an end to mutual suspicion.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, while answering questions during his annual press conference on Indo-China relations and how the last one year in Ladakh was resolved, has come to know about it. Said that resolving disputes and promoting bilateral relations by both countries is very special. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said that the border dispute is something that has been left out of history, but this is not the whole story of India and Chinese relations.

Wang's statement came at a time when both countries have agreed to withdraw their troops from East Ladakh after the Commander Level meeting. The process of returning to the status quo before April 2020 in East Ladakh is celebrating a major breakthrough for the relations of the two countries. The two countries have agreed among themselves that similarly the remaining border disputes will also be resolved.
