New Delhi: During the hearing on Thursday the petition of 34 foreign nationals related to Tabligi Jamaat located in Nizamuddin, Delhi, the Supreme Court has said that the cases are in the Saket Court of Delhi and this petition should be heard and disposed of.

The Solicitor General said that if all foreign depositors apologize after admitting their mistake in the court, then by paying the fine, these people can go back to their respective countries. The Solicitor General has further said that so far 10 people out of the total 34 accused have filed Plea Bargain in the trial court. While the other 24 accused have said to fight the case in the trial court. It is noteworthy that under Plea bargaining, the accused compromises with the complainant, confesses his crime in front of the court and demands punishment.

Although in this case, the court has so far only ordered to pay the fine as punishment, but even after this, the accused are not confessing their crime. At the same time, on the decision of the accused to fight the case, the Supreme Court has asked that can the trial of all these accused be completed in 2 weeks?
