Former Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak has been arrested for corruption. The property of 273.3 million dollars (about Rs 1,872 crore) was discovered in the raid on different houses of former Prime Minister Razak. The Corruption Agency has confiscated all the property. 

According to information received, the former prime minister of Malaysia, Najib Razak, has been charged with corruption by the corruption agency. Former Prime Minister Najeeb Razak has been charged that he got a government company worth Rs 4760 crore from 1 MDB to his account. Najib Razak's party had to face defeat in the elections held in May this year. Since then, the corruption agency was keeping an eye on them. The investigation agency is interrogating Najib and his wife Roshma Mansoor.

It is said that Najib Razak had been deployed to the team of 150 officers to assess the goods. The team continued to compute the accessories for more than a month. The jewellery worth Rs 1498 crore has been discovered in the raid on different houses of former Prime Minister Razak and Rs. 198 crores cash has been received from Najib Razak's locations by the investigating agency. With this, former Prime Minister Razak's property in 26 different countries has also been recovered.
