Bilaspur: Former Chhattisgarh CM Ajit Jogi's son and former MLA Amit Jogi has been sent back to jail due to lack of tests in the hospital. According to the information, he has been sent back to Pendra jail at around 2.30 pm. It is being told that due to lack of investigation in the hospital, Amit Jogi himself told the doctor that when the investigation is not being done now, I should be sent to jail. Let us tell you that Amit Jogi was brought from jail to the hospital on Wednesday night after having trouble breathing.

It is worth mentioning that in Chhattisgarh, the son of former Chhattisgarh CM Ajit Jogi and former MLA Amit Jogi has been arrested for giving false information about his birthplace in the election. Bilaspur police of Chhattisgarh arrested Amit from his house Marwahi Sadan on Tuesday (03 September) and sent him on 14 days judicial remand.

Let us tell you that when Amit Jogi was MLA, a case under section 420 was registered against him on 3 February 2018 at Gorela police station. In 2013, this case was filed by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Sameera Paikra from Marwahi assembly constituency.
