New Delhi: Earlier, former Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon has done evil to the Modi government on CAA. Menon said in a program that after the passage of the law, the attitude towards India has changed. Other scholars who gave lectures at the event organized at the press club included Zoya Hasan, Neerja Jayal and Faizan Mustafa. Menon has also been Foreign Secretary and National Security Advisor during the Manmohan Singh government. Apart from this, he has also remained India's ambassador to China.
