Deve Gowda has been tested corona positive. Along with this, his wife Chennamma Deve Gowda has also been found to be Corona virus-positive.

HD Deve Gowda has given information by tweeting about this, he has written that 'My wife Chennamma and I have been found infected with Coronavirus. We are in self-isolation with other family members. In the last few days, I appeal to people who have come in contact with me to get themselves tested. I urge the party workers and well-wishers not to panic'. 

Earlier on Tuesday, former CM of Jammu and Kashmir and National President of National Conference (NC) Farooq Abdullah was found to be Corona virus-positive. Farooq Abdullah has become infected with covid-19 approximately 28 days after taking the first dose of the Corona vaccine.
