Former Supreme Court judge supports police in gangster Vikas Dubey case

After the encounter of Gangster Vikas Dubey, all kinds of things are coming out from everywhere. If someone is questioning this, then someone is thanking the Yogi government. Meanwhile, former Supreme Court Judge AK Patnaik has said in his statement that gangster Vikas was a terrible threat to the rule of law. Police action is justified. On Friday, STF killed Vikas Dubey.

Patnaik further said, he does not believe that the police action is wrong in any way. Vikas was shot when he was trying to escape from the clutches of the police after a road accident. After being asked that the police did not follow the law and instead conducted an alleged encounter, the former judge referred to the incident in which the gangster killed the policemen.

After that, Patnaik has clearly stated in his statement that the work done by the police is completely correct. Former Delhi High Court judge Justice RS Sodhi said that the rule of law has completely collapsed. This is because the judiciary, an important pillar, is not functioning. Several former judges of the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court refused to comment on the case. Patnaik said on the account of Vikas Dubey, that he was dangerous for everyone anyway and it was very important to have this.
