KANPUR DEHAT: Four people have been arrested in connection with the murder of the son of a former BJP district president in Kanpur Dehat. The incident occurred on Saturday evening, and the cause of death was listed as a head injury in the post-mortem report.

Tripuresh, the deceased Ambaresh's brother, eventually filed a police report in this respect. "Tripuresh alleged that one Ghanshyam, his wife Urmila, and their two kids Gautam and Bharat had killed his brother Ambresh with bricks and sticks after he stopped them from intruding upon a piece of land," said Inspector Bhognipur Kotwali, Rajesh Kumar Singh. The inspector stated that raids were being conducted to apprehend the suspects.

Meanwhile, while the deceased's last rites were administered on Sunday evening, BJP workers asked that the accused be arrested.

According to police, Ambresh Tiwari, the son of former BJP district president Rajesh Tiwari, was riding his bike with a buddy late Saturday evening towards the Sangthan Kshetra Vikas Samiti region. He came across some people who were attempting to intrude on the Samiti's land by erecting temporary constructions along the path.
