Raipur: Four people have lost their lives in a painful road accident in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh. 5 people living in Korba were coming to Bilaspur by car. They had reached near Ratanpur that the car collided with a trailer parked on the side of the road in the national highway. The car got blown up in this accident. A woman in the car is seriously injured, who is undergoing treatment at SIMS Hospital. On information, the police of Ratanpur police station also reached the spot. The police is investigating the matter

Ratanpur police station in-charge Shant Kumar Sahu said that Himanshu Singh, Suraj Rathore, Akshay Dubey, Indu Thakur and Tanya, residents of Budhwari Bazar, Korba, were coming to Bilaspur by Ertiga car on Sunday night. Around 4 am, the car rammed into a trailer parked on the roadside near Bharari village on the national highway. The accident was so terrible that the car blew up. The occupants of the car Himanshu Singh, Suraj Rathore and Akshay Dubey died on the spot. At the same time, Indu Thakur and Tanya got seriously injured. The injured were taken by ambulance to SIMS Hospital, where Indu Thakur also succumbed to her injuries.

Police station in-charge Shant Kumar Sahu has informed that all the people in the car are residents of Korba district. The speed of the car was very high, due to which this tragic accident happened. The families of the dead and injured have been informed. The relatives have also reached SIMS Hospital. After interrogating them, it would be known where the occupants of the car were going. Tanya's condition is still critical. When Tanya recovers, it will be known how this accident happened. The police is investigating the matter
