In murder case of stabbing the brother over a fight on a land, the man along with his wife and two sons has been awarded life imprisonment. The decision was declared by District and Sessions Judge Jothiraman who also sentenced life imprisonment to wife and two sons.

The victim was the 50-year-old man  Gopalakrishnan the brother of a man. As per the sources news, the man with his family murdered the victim in October 2009, according to prosecution.

The court accorded life terms to the convicts saying that the prosecution had been able to cogently prove the case. The court also imposing a fine of Rs 1000 on each.
