United States: The judge in the rape trial of the "That '70s Show" star may have dealt a blow to the defendants by allowing the fourth woman to testify, Danny Masterson, to assault her to testify. Masterson, 46, is accused of raping three women at his Hollywood Hills home between 2001 and 2003. His trial began on October 18.

Defense attorney Philip Cohen said Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Charline F. Olmedo said she would allow prosecutors to call the witness, known as Jane Doe #4, after defense attorney Philip Cohen said, "I feel sanded."

According to Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Mueller, Cohen "opened the door" saying that three of Masterson's accusers, all of whom were once members of the Church of Scientology, conspired against him, even though he still belonged to the organization.

According to Mueller, Jane Doe #4 was neither a Scientologist nor working closely with Masterson's opponents. He said the jury should know that a second woman, who had similar experiences to Mr. Masterson and was also interrogated by Los Angeles Police Department detectives, "is out there." In relation to the fourth alleged assault, Masterson has not been charged.

In agreement, Olmedo turned down Cohen's request for a false trial. She initially denied the testimony of Jane Doe #4, in which she claimed Masterson sexually assaulted her in 1996.

The judge said, "The defense is now alleging that the victims are focused almost entirely on a financial motive and are focused on collusion and altering statements. But aside from that amendment, the defense is largely focused on consent, which is the court's decision." Almost important.

In Los Angeles County Superior Court, Day 16 of the closely followed trial began.

In response to three counts of forced rape, Masterson, 46, has denied the charges and entered a plea of not guilty. His $3.3 million bail keeps him out of jail.

The jury heard graphic testimony from three accused—one of whom is a former long-term girlfriend—during the trial.

At a pre-trial hearing, Olmedo cautioned that "it's not going to be a trial on Scientology," despite allowing accusers to mention the organization that he delayed reporting the alleged rapes.
