Jammu: A video has recently gone viral on social media in which BSF jawans in Kashmir celebrated the Bihu festival amidst severe cold and snow. Bihu festival is being celebrated in Assam for the next 3 days from 14th January. It is celebrated as Magh Bihu (Bhogali Bihu) in the month of Magh, Bohag Bihu in Vaisakh and Kati Bihu in Kartik.

The same BSF soldiers deployed at the LOC to protect the country away from their homes celebrated Bihu by dancing on the occasion. A video of the same has also gone viral on Twitter in which some soldiers from BSF in the Keran sector are dancing and singing in the middle of the snow. The same video was shared from the BSF Twitter account of Kashmir on January 16. This video is very much liked by the users.

 

Many people are reacting strongly to it. One person wrote, "Happy Bhogali Bihu. Jai Hind.' Another person wrote, "A beautiful relationship.'' The third person wrote, "Excellent." Earlier, Indian Army soldiers had celebrated Lohri on LOC in the Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. In the video, you can see how soldiers are swaying with fun together on Punjabi songs. And in the tail, the soldiers of the BSF also celebrated Lohri with great enthusiasm.
