The much-awaited Friends reunion is back to rock the stage. This reunion special was earlier delayed due to the corona pandemic. Hollywood industry was shut down, shootings were halted but finally, the time has to begin shooting of highly-awaited reunion next week. According to Deadline, HBO Max unscripted special will start taping in Los Angeles next week.
The reunion is set to tape in the next week from April 5. This 'Friends' special will bring the beloved six main cast members altogether. By the way, for the first time, cast members Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer will return to the original Stage 24 soundstage on the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank, California. The HBO Max’s upcoming ‘Friends’ reunion special will join all 236 episodes of the series on the streamer, which was revealed as the top show on the streaming platform. David Schwimmer aka Ross also confirmed the reunion. He recently hinted that everybody will be themselves and won’t be playing their characters. The 54-year-old actor also teased a surprise segment of the special episode.
Last year, the Friends Reunion special was supposed to launch the HBO Max streaming service in May 2020, but it couldn’t be filmed because of the outbreak of coronavirus.
