The Superstar of South Industry, Ravi Teja has given various blockbusters film in his career. He is famous not only south but in entire India for his action packed films. He is popularly known as Akshay Kumar of South cinema. On his Birthday have a look on his interesting Journey.

 Ravi Teja, was born in Jagampetta in southern state of Andhra Pradesh. His full name is Ravi Shankar Raju Bhupatiraju. He made his debut in the 1990 film 'Kartavyam'. He played a supporting role in the film. After this, he made his debut as a lead actor in the 1999 film 'Nee Kosam'.

Before making it in acting industry Ravi struggled a lot. He came to Chennai in 1988 to work in films. He auditioned many times to work in films,  He also spent many nights on the platform. To meet the expenses, he did many odd jobs.  His journey from a common boy to star of films like Power, Raja The Great, Bengal Tiger  is inspirable. Ravi spent a lot of time in North India during his early days due to his father's job.

Ravi also remained in controversy for different reasons. In the year 2017, within a month, the Excise and Prohibition Department had issued summons to 12 people associated with the film industry, in which Ravi's name was also included. Ravi charges more than Rs 15 crore for a film.  On the personal front Ravi got married Kalyani on 26 May 2002. they have two children. The elder daughter's name is Mokshada and the son's name is Mahadhan Bhupatiraju. Ravi Teja also had a brother named Bharat Bhupatiraju. But in the year 2017, Ravi Teja broke down completely when his brother passed away. Ravi Teja's brother had a car accident in June 2017. At that time he was only 46 years old.
