If you suddenly have unbearable pain in your shoulder while working at home or office and also feel that your shoulder is not moving, then it may be possible that you have been caught by the problem of frozen shoulder. Actually, there is a capsule outside every joint in our body. In the case of frozen shoulder, this capsule becomes stiff or hard, due to which it becomes very difficult to move the shoulder bone. In this, the pain starts slowly or suddenly and the entire shoulder becomes jammed. This problem is seen in people above 40 years of age.

Take heat or cold therapy to get relief from pain. To reduce the pain of frozen shoulder, bake the shoulder with ice pack for 15 minutes and heating pack for 15 minutes. Do this 2-3 times a day.

Exercise daily to get relief from pain and stiffness of frozen shoulder. Some auxiliaries such as pendulum stretch, towel stretch, finger walk, armpit stretch, cross body reach, shoulder outward and inward ease pain, but do consult a doctor before doing so.

Eat a healthy diet: Avoid eating spicy and spicy food, because this can also increase the problem of frozen shoulder, so eat fresh and less spicy food.
