New Delhi: Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal has geared up for 2024. After failing to unite non-BJP and non-Congress parties, Arvind Kejriwal has now decided to go it alone against Prime Minister Modi. It is scheduled to begin on March 23, the martyrdom day of Bhagat Singh. Aap has announced that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will launch the 'Modi Hatao, Desh Bachao' campaign which is scheduled to run till 2024.

This announcement has been made at a time when the controversy over the poster with similar slogans is increasing in Delhi. Aap has also indirectly accepted the connection with the posters put up all over Delhi without the name of the printer. It is believed that this poster controversy is the first part of the party's campaign. Now with this slogan, the ruling Modi government of Delhi and Punjab is going to open a front. Delhi Minister Gopal Rai has said that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is going to start this campaign. He said that there is an atmosphere of despair in the whole country and democratic voices are also being suppressed. "The slogan of 'Modi hatao, desh bachao' is going to be taken across the country. The country is not going to tolerate your dictatorship. Now all limits have been crossed. '

Party sources have said that this is the beginning of the campaign for 2024. Many AAP leaders have already said that the 2024 election is going to be 'Modi versus Kejriwal'. Recently, a media report claimed that Kejriwal had invited the Chief Ministers of 7 states of the country for dinner in Delhi on March 18, in which he is also trying to form a front. Several leaders, including Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, were invited but these leaders did not respond positively. However, on Wednesday, Kejriwal himself has said that the leaked letter did not have a political motive. It is a governance platform. It is being built for the purpose of learning each other's good work. But due to other busyness, the leaders could not come. This meeting may take place further.

In such a situation, it is believed that Kejriwal will now go alone against Modi. In the coming days, he is going to launch a nationwide campaign. AAP hopes that after running this campaign aggressively, other parties can join it. At present, AAP does not have a single MP in the Lok Sabha. But the party will try to project itself as an alternative to the BJP next year. Earlier in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Arvind Kejriwal had also given a direct fight to Modi from Varanasi seat. However, they had to face defeat.
