New Delhi: To check the health of astronauts going on Mission Gaganyaan, experts will go to India, where France will give special training to these Indian doctors to stay in space. Officials said on Tuesday that this two-week training to 3 Indians in 2022 is an important part of the Space Gaganyaan mission. An ISRO official said that flight surgeons will be selected soon for the mission. At the same time, these surgeons will be specialist doctors of aviation medicine in the Indian Air Force. An MoU for their training will be signed later this week when Jean-Ves Le Gal, president of the French space agency CNES, arrives in Bangalore. It is being said that four Indian Air Force test pilots selected to send on the Gaganyaan mission are currently participating in an 11-month training program in Russia.

According to information received, Gaganyaan is India's first manned space mission which is targeted to be launched by ISRO by December 2021. Where ISRO is working with the Indian Air Force to fulfill Prime Minister Narendra Modi's dream.

The astronauts will be sent to the lower orbit of the Earth and the capsule will be connected with enough oxygen in the vehicle and other things necessary for the passengers of Gaganyaan. While earlier the maximum age limit for Gaganyaan passengers was kept at 30 years, but no pilot of this age group could pass the preliminary examination, after which the maximum age has been increased to 41 years.
