How can it be cold and not gajak? Gajak looks delicious during the winter season and is also amazing for health. As soon as the cold starts, there is a rush in the market. Sesame gajak, jaggery and moongfalu gajak are extremely tasty to eat. You may have bought it from the market and eaten gajak by now, but today we're telling you the recipe to make gajak at home. People think it takes a lot of hard work to make gajak, but it's not like you can easily make gajak at home. Know the easy recipe to make gajak.

Gajak Making Materials:-
White sesame seeds 200 g
Jaggery 300 g
15-16 chopped almonds
15-16 chopped cashewnuts
2-3 ground cardamom
3 tsp ghee

Gajak Recipe:-
1- First bake the sesame seeds well in a pan.
2- When the mole starts roasting, it smells slightly.
3- Now remove the sesame seeds in a plate and let it cool.
4- Now add ghee and jaggery to the pan and cook on a low flame.
5- Now grind the sesame seeds in a mixer.
6- To make gajak, grease a deep plate with ghee.
7- Now mix cardamom powder and sesame seeds in jaggery syrup.
8- Now turn off the gas and put it on the plate and spread the mixture.
9- Now apply chopped nuts on it and set the gajak with a little hand and spread it by rolling it with a cylinder.
10- After about 10 minutes, cut the gajak into the shape as desired with a knife.
Leave the gajak to set for 11-30 minutes.
12- You can eat this gajak immediately and keep it locked in an airtight container.
