The case which has come up recently is from Muzaffarnagar district of UP. Where in Budhana Kotwali area, two men forcibly entered a house and committed gang rape. According to the information received, the accused also recorded the video of the gangrape on their mobile and escaped from the spot threatening to kill the teenager.
The family members of the victim filed a complaint in the police station against the accused and demanded action. It has been told that gang rape accused are pressurizing the family of the minor victim. Till now the police has started the investigation in this matter. According to news, on June 11 in a village in Budhana Kotwali area, two men belong to a nearby village raped a 12-year-old minor girl.
During that time, the accused had also recorded the rape in their mobile phones and the accused had also threatened to kill the minor is she tells anyone about it. The family of the victim gave information about the incident with the teenager. After that, the police registered a case against the accused on the basis of the complaint and investigation has been started in the case.
