It is being told in the information that these 7 minors allegedly gang-raped the girl and then murdered her.

Regarding the incident, a police officer in Bishwanath district said, "After the complaint of missing persons lodged by the family of the victim girl, we conducted a search operation and found the girl hanging from a tree in the area." Police filed a case under Section 366 (A), 376 (B) of IPC, Section 34 of IPC and Section 4 of POSCO Act in connection with this crime.
