Patna: Three days after the incident, the accused who tied and gang-raped a girl in Bihar's Vaishali has not been taken into police custody. The audacity is so much that the video of the incident has also been made viral on social media by the accused. In which their faces were visible. After the incident on September 10, the victim immediately lodged an FIR. Despite this, neither any accused has been identified nor any arrest has been made so far. However, continuous raids are being conducted to arrest the accused, police said. All the accused in the video escaped. On the other hand, the police have got a medical examination of the 15-year-old  victim girl.

The victim was at a deserted place with her village lover at Jandaha in Bihar's Vaishali district. During this time, four-five unidentified youths surrounded them and took them hostage. During this time, the boy is seen sometimes folding his hands, sometimes holding their feet to leave her in front of the miscreants. In a semi-naked condition, the girl was seen sitting on the ground sobbing in an attempt to avoid eve-teasing.  

However, miscreants were sometimes seen threatening to call the police, sometimes to defame her in front of the villagers. After which they molested a 15-year-old minor girl and then raped her. Meanwhile, they also made a video of the incident and made it viral on social media. On the evening of September 10, the day of the incident, the girl lodged an FIR of molestation and rape at the Jandaha police station. After which the police swung into action. However, no accused has been arrested so far.
