The court sentenced the accused in this case to minor students for three years each and all three were released by the Juvenile Justice Board last year. While the POCSO court has ordered the three to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board within three days after sentencing.

This whole incident is in the case of rape of a student in a boarding school in Sahaspur area of September 2018, and if we talk about the incident, it is being told of 14 August 2018. In this whole case, four classmates and senior students of the boarding school raped the victim and then to suppress the whole case, the school management also gave her an abortion. And this matter has also been hidden from his family.

When this incident was revealed, the police arrested three minor accused and arrested an adult student.
