Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (Indian Institute of Technology - IIT Delhi) has released the Response Sheet of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2020) on Wednesday, 12 February 2020. Now the lakhs of candidates appearing in this examination are waiting for the answer and the result. In this regard, IIT Delhi has given official information. According to the report of Indian Express, IIT Delhi Director V. Ram Gopal Rao has told that the initial answer-gate of Gate 2020 will be released on 19 February 2020.
After this, candidates can be given a chance to register objections. A fee of Rs 500 will be charged per question for filing an objection. Candidates will be able to file objections on the answer key between 21 and 23 February 2020. Apart from this, the final answer-key can be released by IIT Delhi on 7 March 2020 after resolving objections. The result will be announced on the basis of this final answer-key. According to the information given by IIT Delhi, the result of GATE 2020 will be announced by 20 March.
The scorecards of the candidates can be provided in May. For your information, let us know that a total of 6,84,903 candidates had appeared in the GATE 2020 examination this time. These exams were conducted from February 1 to February 9 in eight sessions on a total of four dates. For the first time, the students of Jammu and Kashmir were given the option to choose Srinagar as the examination center. A total of 5,102 students from the same state chose Srinagar as the center of the examination. While 4,046 appeared in the examination here.
