Geetika Tyagi, who has accused film director Subhash Kapoor of harassment under #MeToo, has recently expressed displeasure over Bollywood's famous actor Aamir Khan. Yes, recently, Aamir Khan agreed to work with Subhash Kapoor. Earlier, Aamir Khan and his wife Kiran Rao left the film due to this #MeToo case. Now during a talk to a website recently, Geetika Tyagi has said on this incident that It is disappointing that Aamir Khan is working with a person who is accused of sexual harassment.
Further, Geetika Tyagi said, "Actor Aamir Khan is a big star and is a role model for youth. He is also very socially aware, intelligent and ideologically serious. If such a person supports such an event then more people will also start believing in it. So it is disappointing for me in a way "
Geetika further said," He thinks that a person remains innocent as long as the charge is not proved, it does not mean that the person who has made the allegations should be treated like him. If Aamir feels that Subhash Kapoor's livelihood has gone, then my livelihood was also at stake. I stopped getting work because they thought that I would create controversy. The industry should understand all this and there should be some standards also.
