Gem Selections, a property backed by popular astrologer Pankaj Khanna's Khanna Group never fails their customers. Recently, they upgraded their web system only to bring more convenience to their customers as well as employees. And now, they have introduced a new system by which their customers can verify if the gem stones that they are buying are actually a Gem Selections product or not.
This system was brought in light because today due to their expansion, their stones and crystals are being sold through multiple channels, online, through its more than 500 dealers and 18 company outlets. This would help them in surpassing the duplicacy of their products. This is a boon to their customers who can now be fearless when buying gem stones.
This new update will go live from the 1st June 2021.With every purchase either online or offline, four documents would be provided to the customers. GST Bill, IGIGTL Government Lab Certificate, Gem Selections Certificate of Quality Assurance with QR code as well as Gem Selections Certificate of Authenticity with a Purchase ID, Store ID and Executive ID in it. With this Certificate of authenticity in easy steps the verification can be taken forward. Visit their Website (https://khannagems.com/verify/), Enter registered name and mobile number, followed by 9 digit Purchase ID, 5 digit store / dealership /online ID and 6 digit Executive ID. Click on verify Purchase and later after checking the items Click on Submit. If there is any issue write to the Head office (headoffice@khannagems.com) or contact 01142246750.Within 30 minutes the issue would be resolved.
Pankaj Khanna says, "We are extremely happy at announcing this new system. Our customers are our first priority and to avoid any kind of fraud with them, we are introducing this system. This will help them evaluate our gem stones and have a transparency in front of them." That surely makes Gem Selections different from the others.
