We often talk about gender equality in the society. Article is all about to understand both faces of the coin. While talking to youngster he says “In the society that we grow up we have been told by our parents the is man need to be strong, he is the provider of the family. Men don’t cry if they feel the pain but they cry from inside.

Research conducted with young people found that there is great deal of pressure young men has top face up to certain standard of Manhood. For example it is expected from men to be dominated and powerful vice versa for women to be possessive and subservient.

The pressure on the men is to be financial provider in relationships and families. To face the poverty and unemployment number of youngsters experience the feeling of fetter and frustration. It is fact that women are mostly affected by gender based violence but it need to understand that even Men are also abuse Physically, Mentally, Sexually and Emotionally by their female partners but this is not understand to be reality. It is difficult for men they do not express their pain and suffering, it difficult for men to speak about sexual and physical abuse because attitude is that men are “tough and strong”.

Men are expected to carry heavy things for women, give up their seats for women, they get more tougher job at same working place. Male children often get harsher punishment as compare to girls in the

school, young boys get less care and attention by parents and often beaten twice as often as girls by parents.

When men breakups with women he often called jerk and when women dumps him “ he must fail her somehow”. If he slaps her he must be a devil and offender when She slaps him he must be “He must do something aggravate. He is expected to ask women out, pay for dates  and if she rejects  him he often claimed needy and creepy. When we talk about equality, If asking for Dowry by Grom’s family members is crime then why family members of Bride is always search for boys who are Rich or having Government service, Is It Fair..??

We are living in 21st century, for effective and efficient working and livelihood both Men and women need to work together with out and discrimination. This is time for both of us to stand together. When we talk about Gender Discrimination it is not about women always sometime we need to understand both the Faces of coin because

“ALL MEN ARE NOT SAME”.
