According to the information received, court officials in Helmstet city confirmed that a response has been initiated to file a case of assault and coercion against the doctor. This caused severe pain to the woman and a lot of bleeding. Regarding the case, Han Cristian Walters of the Prosecutors' Office said that the woman was 31 years old at the time.

Walters says the woman agreed to the surgery because she was threatened with divorce. Officials say the husband and wife are German but both belong to other cultures. The authorities launched an inquiry when the woman lodged a police complaint in the case. On the other hand, a court spokesperson said that no decision has been taken at present to formally file the charges but the accused doctor has not commented on the matter at present.
