Srinagar: In view of the advisory issued by the Jammu and Kashmir Administration, the UK, Australia and Germany have issued an advisory to their citizens not to travel to Kashmir. The state administration has urged the pilgrims and tourists who visited Amarnath to leave the valley soon due to the threat of terror attack.

Germany, on the other hand, issued an advisory saying that the situation in Kashmir is not good and therefore it is dangerous to travel to the Valley in such a situation. He has said that the German tourists must be aware of the situation in Jammu and Kashmir before going there. Britain has also issued similar advisories to its citizens. Britain has asked its citizens to remain vigilant and obey the instructions of local authorities.

The Uk-speaking State Department has expressed fears that the visit could lead to bombings, grenade attacks, firing and kidnappings in Jammu and Kashmir. So, British citizens should not travel to the Valley. The Amarnath Yatra, which will run till August 15, has been ended on the 4th of this month following an advisory issued by the Jammu and Kashmir administration. Amarnath Yatris and tourists have been asked to go to safer places at the earliest by issuing an advisory on behalf of the state administration.
