Sarvangasana

Ustrasana

To do this posture, first turn to the knees and keep both knees, heels and claws together. Now, while pulling the breath in, slowly turn the body backwards and try to catch both ankles with both hands. In this situation, keep the chin upward and neck and both hands perfectly.

Vajrasana

Vajrasana is the most beneficial posture for hair growth. To do this posture, first turn the knees and sit in such a way that the hip should be between the two ankles. The thumb of both legs may be found in between and the gap between the ankles remains. Put both hands on the knees. Keep the body straight and leave the hands and body completely loose. Keep your eyes focused on breaths by closing your eyes for a while.
