Ghazipur: In the case of the Uttar Pradesh TET paper leak, the Yogi government may be seen in action. The fake mafia has being targeted by the Ghazipur district administration. Taking action in a complaint filed against Mahendra kushwaha, a private school operator, for cheating and leaking paperwork, the administration took possession of kushwaha's under construction building after it was demolished.

When asked about the seizure of Mahendra Kushwaha's property, CO City Ojaswi Chawla stated that a FIR had been filed in Sadar Kotwali against the education mafia Mahendra Kushwaha for leaking bulk copy papers and other documents. In the same case, the Collector has issued an order under Section 14(1) of the Gangster Act to take Mahendra Kushwaha's property. In order to comply with it, Education Mafia Kushwaha's property was taken on Sunday. According to the sub-assessment, the registrar's the property's overall value is assessed to be around 48 million dollars.

Earlier, the property of Mahendra Kushwaha's brother was taken as part of a Gangster Act investigation for leaking papers and other offences. When the Kushwaha brothers released the TET paper, they made the news. In which one of the Kushwaha brothers, Paras Kushwaha, was arrested.
