2 cups water,
2 small branches of Giloy,
2 cinnamon sticks,
5 basil leaves,
8 mint leaves,
2 tsp honey,
half teaspoon turmeric,
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 piece of ginger
Method: For this, put 2 cups of water in a pan for boiling on medium heat. Now add Giloy to it. Now after this add 2 cinnamon sticks, 5 basil leaves, 8 mint leaves, teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder and ginger. Now let this water boil till it becomes half. After that let it come to a boil and after it comes to boil, cool this decoction and filter it. Now add 2 spoons of honey and drink it.
