Gippy continued, saying, "To raise money for the music video, the two of us worked together on several jobs." I manufactured marbles and bricks and distributed newspapers."

Gippy has said this that there was a time when he used to do three jobs. He has said "I was not able to earn much money and at that time there were many singers in Punjab, due to which music companies had stopped investing. Making albums had also become expensive. Every singer used to say that he was talented, but it became difficult for the companies to decide on whom they could invest. In such a situation, we felt that we would have to earn money ourselves."

Gippy Grewal has informed that when he was not getting money from the music industry, he decided to earn on his own. He said, "I started distributing newspapers in the morning. After that, I used to work for 8-9 hours in a factory where bricks and marbles were made. This work was very difficult because we had to work with cement."

He continued his talk and said, "At night, my wife and I used to do cleaning work together. We used to mop the food court, and wash plates. When I used to work during the day, my wife used to make sandwiches. We used to do the other two jobs together. She used to drive the car and I used to go door to door delivering newspapers early in the morning." The news says 

Gippy Grewal has also said that although these tasks were difficult, he enjoyed them. Continuing his talk, he said, "I used to feel happy doing these tasks because I knew that I was moving towards fulfilling my dreams with my hard work." Today Gippy Grewal's hard work has paid off and he is considered one of the biggest stars of the industry. His story teaches us that it is difficult to achieve success without hard work and struggle, but when you work hard for your dreams with full dedication, then one-day success is also achieved.
